Creationists: Why is there no mention of domesticated dinosaurs (or ANY dinosaurs)?

Also there are NO, ZERO, NADA, ACCURATE depictions or descriptions of dinosaurs in ANY text, art, sculpture, etc. from ancient cultures. Vague descriptions in JOB of Behemoths, Leviathans, dragons, etc. are NOT accurate or very descriptive. They could be any large animal.
If the world is only 6,000 years old then the process of fossilization must be fairly quick.
Why are there ZERO FOSSILIZED homosapien remains?
If the bible isn’t meant to be a history or science book, then why do you use it to refute science and history?
