APOXI sculpted painting?

I'm making a doll sculpting APOXI. However, it dries to a silvery gray color. What I can then paint it? I have the feeling of acrylic paint chips.

epoxy paint works best, however, a trip to the paint shop in search of a painting that could fly over ceramic tiles or repair the coating bath kitchen appliances or work and provide a more robust finish.
