How can i get rid of my finger odor?

Recently I broke my wrist and have gotten a fiber glass cast put on. Since the break my fingers have been so swollen I couldn’t move them and I have noticed they have this disgusting smell. How can I get rid of the smell with out getting my cast wet?

Think the best way would be to use waterless soap. It has a million names but that’s what I call it. It’s the soap that you put on like lotion. Get a nice smelling one preferably antibacterial. This will keep you clean & sterile and wont wet your cast.
