the removal of plaster and cement in London?

I made a mold of a fine plaster model and cast it ciment fondu. i did not put anything down the drains and now I'm left with a bag full of dry debris. Does anyone know the best way to dispose of both in the south west of London, as i can just chuck my other garbage. Anyone know any waste disposal sites that I can carry?? extra note: I have a car so preferably somewhere easily accessible on foot or public transport. thanks in advance
