What is the name of the machine which can form a steel sheets to 3d steel shapes similar to trees leaves model?

In wrought iron industry it is common to use trees leaves steel shapes (or similar) to add a nice decoration to the design.

I know the basic system to produce it, is the power press machine using a specific mold or die. this system is old and the molds are expensive and limited. (i am not looking for cast iron technology).

what i am looking for is a machine with a dynamic system can produce deference types of trees leaves and other designs with automated system, without changing the dies every time.

For 3D I don’t think there is anything practical, Turret punches are usually used for flat (2D) work, but I suppose one could build one for forming, but you would still need the dies that you complain are expensive.
You could could carve them from bar stock with a CNC mill, but that would be horribly expensive, if you were going to machine the shape from solid you might as well machine the dies for stamping.

Of course for a 2D, laser or plasma cutters would be good, water jet is also an option but is a bit slower.
