epoxy sculpture
I need a rugged armor for my clay sculptures! ?

I need a rugged armor for my polymer clay sculptures, I have heard that epoxy putty clay works as well under the structure that I have tried wire and aluminum foil, but I want to try something a little stronger any suggestions? I also wonder if the clay doll dry air is easier to work with them, I've seen some beautiful dolls made of clay, but would like know a little more about it before buying, for example makes it dry to a durable finish, not dry while you are working with him prior to completion of his sculpture, which have mainly used Super Sculpey so would appreciate any suggestions to improve the clays, Thanks.

If you work with air dry clays the most easy it is to make a small former as it did with wire and damp paper or aluminum foil – once you have this as a base and then cover with one layer of air dry clay. Allow this first coat dry hard before then add the current layer of clay sculpture, the dried layer must provide sufficient stability to prevent more months overlapping wet fall, etc. To prevent theft of the dry layer of topsoil moisture too quickly to give a jet of water before adding the next. The use of paper or base sheet is a good way you can opt out of within the sculpture or pull (leave a hole) giving it a hollow. It also uses less than clay and tends to dry more uniform and seamless that the great masses of clay do. I do not know the clays that concern, but the dry air that I have used successfully is manufactured by a company called DAS, there is a link below. :-)
