How dry modeling clay?
I built a sculptor and every time you touch and deform the full fingerprint has to be dried and hardened under before I've heard of people putting drying clay in a fire or that I have the tools to do that I am more afraid that could melt or become sticky so i need some ideas to dry.
Well you could be out of luck. If the modeling clay that is used oil or wax base which will never harden. DO NOT try to bake and / or dry this type of clay, as it can burn and release toxic by products. Your only option is to re-make sculpture modeled as a base of plastic clay that is made for cooking in the oven at home or using natural clay that hardens in the air, but should be fired in a kiln. Figure out what type of clay used, if you do not know that "to err on the side of caution" and do it again with a type of clay you knows.
