modelling clay project?
my teacher just assigned me a “3-d model on multiple landforms project ” i decided to use clay but i was just wondering, what’s the best type of clay i can use for my project – the brands, varieties – and where can it be bought? and also what kind of base is the most recommended for a modelling clay project?

i don’t know about clay [maybe you could use play-doh] but you could probably find some at [http://www.loomisartstore.com/] or go to an art store. as for the base, how about a piece of foam board or cardboard? or glass? XP
