how much is modeling clay?

how much is like colored modeling clay from michaels or walmart?

Michaels modeling clay (The Sculpey brand which I might add is the best) is about $2 to $3 depending if you are buying basic colors or specialized ones (glow in the dark, transparent etc.). The Sculpey brand is easy to use, mixes well, nonstick, and has vibrant colors.

If you new to sculpting, I recommend you buy super sculpey the beige-pink clay to get the feel of the material and figure out how you are going to work out your project. If you are not experienced in clay, you may waste money practicing with the expensive clay. (Though I have found a wonderful use for leftover clay that is all mixed up-not fully blended-. If you are interested please contact me and I can explain it further to you).

Ah! Some advice when you are starting your project! You don’t need that much black, but you do need twice as much white! Experiment with mixing and discover new colors. Have fun! ^^
