I’ve got an easter egg making kit…advice needed please!?
In the instructions it says that when all the layers of choc are dried on the mould u can just get them out. Won’t the choc just cling to the mould? Do i have to grease the mould before putting on the first layer of choc?
No chocolate will not stick to the mould and will very easily come out of the mould. If you write names or dates in white chocolate before adding the layers of milk it will produce a smooth egg with writing on it ,you can also add detail like eyes etc before adding the milk chocolate coating.
