Make a ceramic figure of a silicone mold?
Has anyone made a ceramic figurine using a silicone mold? I have a setback with some cuts, so I have to make a mold with something more flexible than cast iron. Thank you for any advice.
Tain't will work – something has to suck moisture from the sheet to be solid. Your best bet would be to do two things: 1. Make a silicone (not silicon) the original cast is a plaster positive in the silicone mold and then use the clay for the construction of the clay retention in plaster so you can make a plaster mold to make the shift. After clay positive and can sign again to carve the details. 2. Molds Silicone sap and not pack them with clay to make a fairly soft retail selling cheaper.
