MOULD MAKING BODY PARTS, common resins are too expensive for my project with a shot to mold my feet. ?
I thought about using paraffin wax melted, but what may harden with? rubber paint? sand mold? I'm not looking for professional results have to do with a mission anatomy. Any other suggestion to pay through the nose for top notch resin cast body would be helpful.
Once the plaster mold – fill clay air drying (spray Pam or other spray non-stick inside the first mold). Depending on the clay that you get – could reduce a little or crack when dry so you may need to add some more clay or fill any cracks to seek "anatomically correct." Since this is only for a thing at once, can make it look nice for the coating with joint compound (used for drywall and available at any hardware store – is very cheap) – sand and shield several times and then you can paint or copper sheets – depending on final plans! (I think we could see very well if the copper foil and then put the wax copper on top of that age.) Have fun!
