Local park becomes art classroom for children
You won’t find a chalkboard or a desk or a bell that rings every 40 minutes at Skokie’s Northshore Scupture Park. But that doesn’t mean that the park that lines McCormick Boulevard on the east end of town doesn’t become a classroom at times. One of those times was Sunday when area schoolchildren crafted their own sculptures.
