Is there a source that has the small u with his tail on the left side of the U not, right?

I have a friend in Ontario who said that all the Porcupine writing engraved in stone by the City Council is U with the tails on the wrong side, and writing a newspaper article on this phenomenon and asked if it was acceptable for a script in 20 years, the approximate length of the buildings have been made …. cursive perhaps? Or maybe just a big booboo ….

It is used for decorative purposes, as in the front of our Supreme Court or other buildings who have written to the screen. The architect chosen simply a source close to him that what he loved. I recommend getting program as a viewer as a "source" and see what is on your own computer.
