We are gathered here for different reasons.
I guess it never will be carved in stone
Which ones of us will triumph in our lives and on the web
But at least we never have to be alone.

I hope that all of us who congregate here
Can find a way or path to set us right
I never have been good at making friends
But here I can say things in day or night

I’ll probably never meet another soul from here
At least not anyone I’d recognize
But you never really know what you are looking for
Til you see it buried deep in someone’s eyes

I think in this forum we relax the most
And then we stop and view our current life
On here, I can be anything I want to be
But at home, I’m just a mom and someone’s wife

It helps that I can open up and go a little deep
I can be comedienne, or I can cry
And though some are rude and judge me, others help me find my way.
It’s nice to have no pain to say good-bye…
