art (clay sculpture)?

In art it is our duty to sculpt a bust of a personification of the 7 "Sins Capital. Vanity assigned me, and I am a woman holding a mirror. For hair, I make individual sausages, then cut each chapter for details. If I leave a mixture of ocher pass through the head of the above (except the face) and rub the excess, have cracks in the ocher rainbow? Part of the evaluation is the experimental technique, but receives only a small amount of mud and can not afford to lose the mud with the experience and I do not want to ruin my sculpture to date.

There is the possibility that the clay can be colored with ocher and would be difficult to obtain, but the cracks must show the color brown. I did something similar in the year CAN 8 – do not remember what I did. But I know that it worked. Enjoy! Damn I miss the clay. And the material of clay / water used to bond two pieces together? The glue and paper mache? Sigh. I to be an artist. You get to play with slimy things all day. Funnn.
