Helping to decide on a business name ….?
I am helping my brother started to have their online activity. And I need help to achieve a good domain name. He hand carved wooden cartoons (humorous jeans for the most part) and create ceramics. It will be sold both already made and custom work. Ideas?
Ah … Business names are usually intensely personal and it is difficult to express their ideas without more information. For example, your brother does not always plan to carve the same things? Because we do not want the name HandcarvedCowboys.com and begin to take on all sorts of different types of work. One way that some owners businesses to avoid this is a company registered under the name of the owner. Example: JohnQHandcarvings.com – then he can sculpt what he wants and eventually, his name became synonymous with fine wood carvings made. And then there is the regional reference (ie PanHandleHandcarvings.com) or arbitrary simple names that only appeal to people (ie BookKickin 'Handcarvings. Com.) Your brother is to assess 1) what to do in the long term) I want your company through the long distance and exchange of ideas and then from there. Good luck 2!
