Uthai Thani Province

Geography
The province extends from the plains of the upper valley of the river Chao Phraya, the forested mountains west. The Sakae Krang River, a tributary of the Chao Phraya River, the main river in the province of Uthai Thani.
The Huai Kha Khaeng Wildlife Sanctuary boundary western province of Tak and was declared a World Heritage Site in 1991. It covers 2574 km, and the houses of almost all animals of the forest in Southeast Asia, including tigers and elephants.
History

Symbols
The seal of the province shows the flag at Wat Khao Sakaekrang. Thongdee houses the statue of the father of King Rama I. The mountains in the background symbolizes the location of the flag atop a hill.

Wat Sankat Rattana Khiri (): Inside the hall main "Phra Sai Mongkhon Phuttha Sit" or "Luang Pho Mongkhon", an ancient form of bronze Buddha image of the Sukhothai period. In Furthermore, in a corner of the temple is a pavilion with a statue of the father of King Rama I.

The Tak Bat Thew Fair () in Rattanakhiri Sangkat Wat is the largest event held around October.
